Jesus said to his apprentices, things that cause people to stumble are bound to come.

In other words, we all hurt people.

Am I right?

If you're in a relationship, it's only a matter of time until you mess it up.

You say something wrong or you do something wrong or you blow it or you drop the ball.

As the saying goes, to err is human.

And Jesus is brutally honest about the human condition.

You will hurt people.

It's a when, not an if.

That doesn't let you and me off the hook.
