And basically my conversation is, I need you.

And when he was telling me that, I thought to myself, that's powerful for me to look at you on the team and say, Ed, I need you.

I really do.

Truthfully, what we're trying to accomplish, I'm not sure we can accomplish.

We don't have you.

I think when a person has that sense that the leader truly needs them and it's authentic, I just think it also brings great buy-in.

I think introductory, all of us think we have this right appearance.
