Speaking of OTAs, Lamar Jackson, I do think I remember when I got hired by the Eagles in 2010 and for the next several years going to OTAs and offseason practices and thinking it was pretty intense.

You had practice every day.

You were on the field for a couple hours.

We used to do like periods against divisional opponents.

It was just a really serious atmosphere.

That has changed dramatically because of the new off-season rules, because of the money these guys are making.

People are so afraid of getting anyone injured.

I think a lot of the off-season now has turned to mental reps, working out, and some film room with your coordinators, and a lot of younger guy development.
