You're now pretty doggone valuable inside of that organization.

And so I think if I were going to forecast what you need to be learning now, I would say that you need to be learning how to use tools like Claude's co-work.

At a minimum, you should be learning how to build skills inside of Claude, which you can also now use in ChatGPT and you can use it in Gemini, et cetera.

So the markdown file structure is becoming somewhat of an industry norm.

So you need to learn how to do that.

And skills are basically just things that make your job easier.

That's the stupidest and simplest way to phrase it.

But it's taking your own institutional knowledge and putting it into a format that you can transfer back and forth between different models.

And you don't have to constantly educate it or go back and forth.

with questions and answers, but it'll pull that knowledge and then execute a task for you.

I think the biggest hype right now is that the AI agents are going to take over the world.

I think

AI agents are going to be really, really important, but I also believe that security is not keeping up with the pace of autonomous agents.

And so I don't think that that agentic future is going to be here tomorrow because I think you're going to see a lot of companies put the air brakes on it until they can get their heads wrapped around security, which is, you know, what Anthropic just talked about last week when Mythos, you know, when they realize who Mythos is, is.

way more powerful than we thought.

And it could do some pretty bad things in the hands of the wrong people.

So that's where I think you're seeing a whole lot of hype about the potential.

And the potential is real.

But the risks...

are far greater and there is no capacity to mitigate those risks right now.
