We start with level one.
Level one is just asking a question of AI and getting a response and going, wow, I'm a genius.
And then level two is like, maybe I should ask a better question.
How do I structure the question?
And then it goes on up.
So I start describing these and I have everybody stand up in the room and I say, sit down if you haven't started operating at this level.
And I kid you not, because no matter where we go, no matter how many people in the room, 95% of the people are sitting down at level three.
And there's seven more levels to go, right?
And so if your collective wisdom of AI in your organization is stuck at level two or three, you have a problem.
We need to get that up to where it's five or six.
At five or six, that's where you have the dramatic impact in an organization.
And that's why it's important to understand where the organization is now and then have a plan for migrating it upward and a mechanism monitoring that.
Does that make sense?
So we do it a couple of ways.
We can do it in a kind of a boot camp.
workshop live and in person kind of a method.
Or we can do it in a learning management system with live office hours so people could actually go through recorded training on their own twice a week.
We have live office hours.
And if the organization is big enough, like one of these universities who we're working with, we have a unique office hours just for their people.
But that allows them to do a little work on their own time and then come and ask questions and try to, you know,
