And then he was also trying to manage things between Seb and Mark.
So there were two aspects here.
He had them in the factory.

Mark had let rip on a few things that he didn't feel the support.
And I heard there was quite an interesting story about there was a
Christine was aware of Mark now feeling this quite open and said, right, the best way to solve this is to get Mark and Marco together and we'll sort it out.
So call them into their office and basically said to Mark, right, you've told me some things now about you don't feel you're getting the support.
You don't feel you're getting the backing.
You feel that Marco is very one-sided.
Tell him to your face.
