I was up at Belfast talking to him uh last week and yeah, he made that point that that you have to you have to look at what you have and what you need and you've to strike a balance and then you have to look at how you want to play and uh modern trends in the game and where the game is going and and you pick players to be able to to do what you need them to do in the way that you want to play.

So I think it's an intelligent way of of kind of recalibrating

What you're doing and also developing your squad into something like Ulster have a lot of a huge amount of very good young players.

They've very good young back rows and they've some of the best young backs.

And you know, you can see that if everybody stays fit and healthy, then they have a good chance of uh of entertaining as they did last season, but also maybe adding a layer of of kind of winning on top of that or or

more consistency in terms of the scoreboard results.

Like they reached a challenge cup final last year and um they ran out of steam and bodies in that, very much so.

Jack Crowley is a huge loss.

And that's not a reflection on who's there, who's not there, the young Academy players that are coming through.

I think yeah, he will be he will be a loss and and he's your playmaker, your main playmaker.
