And to use an analogy from your favourite sport, Nathan Cricket, it's like somebody facing a bowler and you're thinking about elbow position, arm position, feet position.
all these things to get themselves into the right area to be able to hit a ball.
So Leinster to me are a little bit clunky and mechanical at times where they've got to get back into a flow state.
I think that's important for them.
Trusting themselves, getting the ball away.
Like if you look at the other teams, if you look at Bath, Northampton, if you look at Toulouse, Bordeaux in particular,
As soon as they get a turnover, an opportunity, they move the ball all the time.
You don't get a proper shot when they go.
When they go for something, obviously they carry into contact, get over game lines, all that sort of stuff.
But when they sniff an opportunity, the ball is moved at speed.
It's transferred at speed.
It's not big, long, looping passes.
It's great support lines.
It's understanding when to give the pass, what space to run into, all of that sort of stuff.
That comes from...
Skill sets, it comes from timing, but it also comes from instincts and the way you train.
And I think that, like I say, I think lengths are a little bit clunky and mechanical at times, and they've got to get back to feeling it more, if that's the right expression.
