But certainly when they're looking to see where are we going to go or where are we going to expand, where are we going to open our next place, that would be very much in mind as to look, will it be a particularly attractive place for people to come?

Are they going to be able to find a home?

Are they going to have a commute that is going to be somewhat reasonable in relation to my daily life?

So, you know, we hear about this...

with our own S&W clients all the time.

But this has been a much wider net and it's coming very strong to us.

Well, the really interesting piece, when we looked and had questions in relation to growth, so 90% say that they're looking to pursue international growth.

Now, I wouldn't necessarily link that to a housing crisis, but, you know, that...

was a question answered in its own right, but it was quite interesting.

I think it very often is both.

So what businesses often find is if you're doing business abroad,

usually you want to have some sort of footprint wherever you're doing that business, to what extent really depends on the nature of the business.

But certainly having a footprint on the ground makes a difference.

It is good news, but it's also really interesting that 90% of businesses are looking to hire additional staff.

So on the one hand, we're talking about difficulties in relation to housing, yet 90% of businesses are looking to hire additional staff and about half of them are looking to do that recruitment within the next 12 months.

So it is a very positive message in relation to where businesses see things going.

If they can find housing for them.

If they can house the people that they want to employ, very definitely.

But there are also four or five people that are looking at business acquisitions.

So again, that's very positive.
