I mean, I think he's an innovator.

So much of it is the coaching staff's ability to come in and have the total buy-in and to change the culture.
And every coach tries to do it.

I think you can overplay that a little bit.
I think the person himself has to be really talented.
And to me, Duff, being around Liam a little bit, I knew in February or March of last year that he was gonna be able to call plays.
You could talk to anybody in the league about that.
He was going to be an X's and O's guy.
