It's because it's a decoupling of performance from pay, which creates a series of perverse incentives that have been very much undermining the credibility.
I was just thinking, asking a British person what they're thinking of reclaiming is a very dangerous road to go down.

We lost two-thirds of the world's land mass.
I think if we're playing the long game, we're looking to reclaim that.
I don't know if I'm trying... I don't know if reclaiming.

I think anything that I've lost...
I guess one of the things you learn in, I remember there was a stand-up in England years ago that said to me something on the way to a gig when I was starting off.
He said, once you've bombed 100 times on stage, you'll be fine because there is nothing an audience can take from you.
And I've got to say he was kind of right.
Because I think to lots of people, watching a stand-up bomb is you get that awful sense of, oh, my God, this is a nightmare.
