I think that Andy Farrell will want to win the first game.

First game, it's a bit like anything else, gives you momentum.

And it allows them maybe to look at one or two other things.

If you lose the first game, obviously, then the other matches take on greater importance.

I personally don't care whether Ireland win the Nations Championship or not.

If there is some positives to come out of, if you like, at the end of the year, if there's something positive that you can take into the following year, be it through the way...

Ireland are playing I'm not saying to disregard the results that's not what I'm saying either but at the same time I'd like to see some players come through more options and maybe Ireland just being able to have a plan B and a plan C and a plan D and just play slightly differently and maybe

we might have a kind of better idea of who, who fills in, in terms of the number, you know, jerseys, the 10 we've briefly touched on it.

Both of you there in relation to Harry Berm, Sam Prendergast and Ciarán Frawley, obviously Jack Crowley's back at home.

So, you know, who, who backs up Jemisin Gibson Park, where do you go?

How do you change things up in terms of, of, uh,

And then obviously just, there's a very important as well, the front row, you know, there's no point in bringing Sam Illo, Billy Bowen, unless you're going to give them an opportunity to prove what they can do.

They're not, in Billy's case, he is very, very young.

In Sam's case, not so much, 25 years of age.

You know, the two of them did extremely well when they played the Black Lions, the Georgian club side, and they've played against, they've scrummaged against South African prop.

So I'd like to see a little bit of everything.

I suppose it's like going into the sweet shop.

I want a bit of, I want all the sweets nearly, but I would like to see, I think it's very important that there is progression in terms of depth, development and style and substance of play.
