Like all of these players, pretty much the exception of Sam Illo, have been in squads and extended squads and played for the Ireland 15, as it's now called, or played on emerging Ireland tours.
And they're not kind of plucked randomly or it's not a kind of number generator.
And you just happen to get plucked out from the number generator.
Andy Farrell knows what these players are like.
They've been in and around the environment and they've been watched as people as well as players.
to see if they have the aptitude to play.
So I would always be supportive in that respect, given Andy Farrell's track record of bringing players in and getting them to play well.
So I would be positive about that.
And I think he has more than earned the right to pick whoever he wants.
