And my uh builder came to me and said, This friend of mine, Martin Crowley, he's a great designer.
He was in the hospitality business, just went bankrupt.
JP, would you go into business with him, kind of be the bank and uh, you know, in architectural business?

So he would go to Mexico, buy furniture.
And pavers for model homes or for restaurants, in furniture, things like that, very inexpensively for architectural model homes.
I was building that house there.
He was going down on a delivery.
We were drinking regular tequila of the day, right?

And you know, you get a little burn there, and you know, anyways, or you mix the margarita, don't get that.
And I said, Martin, when you go down to Mexico to buy some papers, and when you come back, bring us a couple bottles of what the aristocrats drink down there.
It's gotta be something smoother than where we're drinking, right?
And then the average
Bottle of tequila was about, I think, $5.
The best one ever made was $14.
Okay, no, this is 1989, right?
Anyway, so he comes back and he brings these two long bottles, and it was smoother than anything we had, much smoother than anything we had.
