I would I'd go as far to say

It's rare that you get

Paid really well, extremely well, whether it's business owner or employee, and have a work life balance that you're entirely comfortable with.

I think there's got to be some sacrifices in some way, shape or form.

Now it might be the fact that it's shift work or that's like longer hours or not enough pay or um I don't get to put my kids to bed

each night, but I I think there's got to be some trade off.

Now and and I don't want to deflate this person or anyone else out there, but I I think

Nothing's going to be perfect, but I think you can get a balance that works for you.

Are you happy to work long hours and get paid more money? 'Cause there'll be jobs out there that'll definitely do that.
