Obviously the lending capacity needs to be firmed, but three fifty to four hundred K, wow, that's uh that's regional, inland, uh, small small town sort of stuff.

Um, three maybe three bedroom house, that could be fine.

Uh or it's a unit outskirts, that sort of stuff, capital city.

So yeah, there's not a lot of options at that price.

Not saying it's impossible, but

Yeah, there's plenty of small towns where three hundred and fifty to four hundred K is is achievable.

Uh what do we want long term?

Like yeah, it's uh They've got to work out.

And she's probably concerned about the income for later years, i.e.

wanting to hold that o hold on to that.

But and we go back to what we spoke about before, that that big mortgage on our principal place, like that's a heavy burden to carry for years to come.

But where do we want to move to is probably the big question for me.

Yeah.

Yeah, y you just don't want to sell up and then realise, hey, I don't like the rest of Australia.

I want to go back.

I've already sold my property, I've got nowhere to go.

So I I like the idea of being able to pivot.

So to be able to would you move out of the property in Tasmania if you wanted to try out the rest of Australia, go and live there, rent rent for twelve months, see what it's like.

Okay, like it, great, now we might look at buying.

Uh meanwhile we're getting rent from our property back in Taz, but we don't want to back ourselves in a corner uh with all chips in.
