If you look around at what's happening on with some of our defence capability, with our biofuels capability, with food technology, all of those things cross over in what we would call as life sciences.
And as we're seeing computational science accelerate the research, and it is certainly accelerating the research with AI and quantum computing and things like that, we're seeing a crossover of demand

There's always been an idea that if you wanted to be in science, medicine, you had to go to the United States.
What we've seen over the last 20 years, but particularly over the last five, is a massive pullback of talent that used to travel to the United States that now realises that Asia is the biggest and fastest growing market in the world, that realises that you don't necessarily have to live in the United States with everything that that brings and that you can do this from a place like Brisbane.
The money follows the talent.

If you can find incredible scientific research, I joke about it often that if the best scientific research was happening in Antarctica, then the venture capital funds from the United States would be wandering around the ice sheets in Patagonia vests with no sleeves looking for it.
People follow the talent.
And that's probably the best thing that Brisbane has is an incredible concentration of talent.
So when we look around at the different cities that we wanted to invest in across Australia, look, every city in Australia is important, but Brisbane's got something special.
And that's the reason why for our first major investment with the LSI, bringing the Singapore-based incubator to Australia, it was a pretty easy step.
It's a combination of incredible talent and
cross-governmental support.
Brisbane knows what it is and it knows what it wants to be, and it's got great people there ensuring that it remains at the top of the pile.
And groups like Beta are key to that.
So is there any evidence that Iran intended to conduct a preemptive attack on the U.S.
