What's the sort of the difference of your experience of say, because we're talking now you've mentioned George's death and you've mentioned the images you have of that and the sounds.

How is the way you experience them now different because of that therapy?

In this process, did you realize that something needed to be done for people going through similar situations?

And at what point did you decide it was you that needed to do that?

Right.

So beginning your charity was a part of that sort of five-year pre-Rock Bottom sort of coping, way of coping.

Yeah.

And thankfully continued after that.

So tell us about To Wish.

I've visited Tuish twice and what I think would be great is if you talk us through some of the statistics of what you do now and then the problem you face, the service you provide, and then maybe we can go back and work out how on earth you came this far.

So when you say covered Wales, what do you mean by that?

So because of you and because of To Wish, Wales has gone from a situation in which no families who lost a child or young adult were contacted after the death.

And now every family is.

So obviously initially, I guess you're basing the service you want to provide on what you needed or what you wished you'd had for you and Paul.

What have you learned along the way from families about other things people need and find important?

And now you've expanded into England, I'm guessing from what I know of you, your goal is to keep going and keep expanding.

But have there been new challenges as you've gone outside of Wales?

So let's go back to that kitchen table, because the scale of what you're talking about now, I mean, could you just give us some numbers about the number of child deaths or young adult deaths in Wales?

So when it was just you at the kitchen table, how were you finding these people?
