Yeah, I'm going to doubt it as well. All right. So so moving on again, I do want to make sure we hit the super chest that we have. So I'm going to jump into this one really quick. So this is from Phil Silva and he goes, games cost more to develop and devs pay more for eggs, too. They deserve $80 for AAA games alternatives by smaller titles or wait for sales.

Now, I'm going to say that I disagree on that.

completely because i i'm not a fan of these rising prices of games i understand like you mentioned before gary that game prices were static for a very long time but we've literally gone from 60 to 80 within one gaming generation and when does it end and we obviously talked about the elephant in the room with grand theft auto 6 how is that going to affect things as well so I get it.

There's rising costs with game development. We obviously see it way more in AAA than we do at the AA and the indie level. My suggestion to anyone is when they see these prices, I get there's FOMO. You want to play things right away. You know, if $80 is too much for you to play Mario Kart day one, maybe you have to wait. wait until there's a price drop or sale or whatever.

I know, Nintendo never drops the price. I get it. Again, I'm not happy with it. None of this makes me happy. I mean, again, I've already ordered the bundle, so clearly I'm going to get a day one, but... No, I don't like the precedent that this is setting.

Now, speaking on that to kind of transition a little bit, just talking about prices. So they've also announced that you're going to have select switch one games. You know, you're going to have backwards compatibility, but you're going to have select switch one games, which will have a quote unquote switch to enhance version.

Like I think Breath of the Wild was one of the ones they showed or something like that. But there's going to be a price difference. with being able to... Either you can just buy the Switch 2 Enhanced version standalone, or if you already own the game, you can pay an additional cost to upgrade it to the Switch 2 Enhanced version. How do you feel about that? What are your thoughts on that?

Is that justifiable to charge?

Yeah, and to add on to that, because Jordan Middler over at VGC, he also comments and says that there will be, Nintendo has released a list of games that will receive free updates for Nintendo Switch 2, but won't receive full Nintendo Switch 2 edition upgrades.

So, and I won't go through this whole list, but it's games like Captain Toad, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 3D World, you know, Bowser's Fury, Link's Awakening is another example, Pokemon Legends, Super Mario, what is this? Sorry.
