And I realized this is the only way I can survive this, is simply trusting in him, turning to him.
And I've had that faith my whole life.
It's what brought me to that point.
But it was galvanized, like you said to your war room posse, that you galvanized people to not only understand the truth, but to put it into action.
So I just had to put it at God's feet and say, God, rescue me from this, preserve me, protect me.
And he did.
And he whispered into my heart and said, I am calling Christian men to rise up and reclaim this republic by taking positions in public office.
Because I think that Christians have abdicated their civic duty for far too long.
Steve, how many people that claim to be Christian in America even show up to vote in the general?
like massive portions of Christians don't even show up to vote 30, 40, 50%.
So if we just woke up a little bit, we would take this country back in a heartbeat.
But God did call me in prison cell and said, I want you to step forward and run for office.
That wasn't on my bingo card or my career plan, but it was God's call.
I'm so honored and excited to be pursuing that.
And I think each and every one of us has a position to play.
in the government.
You know, church isn't just for pastors.
It's for all of God's people building his kingdom.
And America is government of, by, and for the people.
