Do they understand it's wrong?
Well, make sure that there's something in print that is discrediting whatever the Twitter post is.
Compliance certification, again, is a good way of doing that.
So there's no question at the end of the day that even if that was out there, it had absolutely nothing to do with the prospect's decision to buy the franchise.
And if you find that it really is, that it really was an important ingredient, then it sounds hard to mention, but you've
to really paper that up and make sure that they know better.
