Because most of these things here are collected objects that on their own are not particularly valuable, but there's something about the association of often disparate things that you find often coincidences between things from other places and things that somehow come together and form a setting.

They jog your memory.

These things cause you to recall something that may have happened quite some time ago that was a really joyful experience and a human connection.

I had a – we finished a university building some years ago and the vice-chancellor stood up at the end of the process and said, it's amazing, I love the building, it looks just like the renders.

And I thought, A, that means, as is the case, you had nothing to do with the journey of making the building, and B, you can't read a drawing because it looks very little like them at all.

But the fact that that would be your measure would be a bit of a pity.

I much prefer I went into this process with deep trust.

I didn't really know where I was going, but it is measurably better.

I mean, is there nothing better than that for a client's experience?
