I think that's been our moat for the past two years is that we've spent a lot of energy trying to attract and keep is the top talent on our team.

We're always looking to talk to talented folks.
Beyond that, I would just say...
to projects and protocols.
If they're building something new and they haven't taken those easy win stabs, I would ask folks to take those easy wins.
It makes the conversation much easier.
If we get connected down the line, you're going to be in a much better position.
We had a great
great starting position to figure out what that next step is.
We still work with a lot of clients where they're still working through some of those beginning things.
And those things could have been a lot done a lot earlier and a lot cheaper by just getting those things out of the way to begin with.
