And why I say that's Christ like is if you think about it 2000 years ago, before we could even commit a sin or say anything, Jesus forgave us. podcast-host

And what I notice a lot when people do come and actually ask me these questions, like, well, don't they have to feel sorry? podcast-host

For me to like forgive them, right? podcast-host

Um, I've noticed that as well. podcast-host

You know, uh one of the struggles that I had with forgiving the person who molested me was she had passed away shortly after. podcast-host

So she was never able to say sorry, right? podcast-host

And there's people who who are going through that right now. podcast-host

And so I was like, well, God, like she should ask for forgiveness to me and or at least feel it. podcast-host

She never felt it. podcast-host

You know, and I recognized that I was waiting for someone to take accountability to show that what happened to me was valid. podcast-host

It's like regardless of them taking accountability, it was valid. podcast-host

It happened, you know. podcast-host

And so that's that Pastor Kim unpacked that for me and was like, Johnny, regardless of like someone saying sorry, God saw it and he recognized it and he washed that too. podcast-host

And it really was able podcast-host

Like you say, that peace and that joy entered almost like instantaneously. podcast-host

And some people obviously don't experience that, unfortunately, because they have this preconceived notion of hey, you have to like mean it, say you're sorry, and then prove it through actions, you know. podcast-host

But what I'm thankful and grateful about is that when you really do and are led by the spirit, you're able to take like, as you say, a lot, zoom out and just like podcast-host
