Yeah, we go and watch all the games via internet and scouting sites and stuff like that.

And then we visit each player at least once a month individually.

Most players, they get on average four or five visits a month from the group of staff that look after them.

We just, as I say, make sure that they're conducting themselves the right way and applying themselves.

And we give them development plans to improve themselves.

They're not just on loan for the sake of being on loan.

So they still feel like they've got a chance.

Both, depending on kind of what they see and what's realistic for the individual.

It's hard to say that every player is going to play for Man City because...

The way the club's going, it's going to be hard for that to happen, but as long as the player improves while they're on loan, then I'm sure... And it's just to create a career for them, really.

As I said, every player knows and every professional's going to play for Man City, that's there in the academy, so if they can have a career, that's great.

Yeah, yeah, there's not a cap.

There's talk of being a cap coming in.

Yeah, which, again, I'm still yet to find a benefit for that.

I don't know why they would change something.

There's a lot wrong with the game.

Yeah, of course, but we're not hoarding them, we're sending them on loan and...

Nine times out of ten, we help out with the way they're looked after in terms of wages and stuff like that.

We're not saying just have the players and fund them all yourselves and stuff like that.

So there's a lot of opportunities there and I don't think anyone's being mistreated.
