So earlier, we immediately, as soon as the shots were fired, we had people in the area that told us shots fired.
I was at Union Station.
I got here probably within 10 minutes of it happening before crime scene tape was even up.
And what we're being told is it was two guard members.
It was a 17 and I, which is where we originally arrived at.
Two guard members were ambushed.
They were outside the Metro stop there.
The shooter was not leaving the Metro.
However, there was some early speculation that there was some early speculation that the shooter was leaving the Metro when he ambushed the guard.
He was not.
He was turning the corner.
I've been able to see footage of
The three people that were shot, I'm not showing that on any public platform, and I wouldn't, but I have seen the footage of someone who got there right before me, and it's pretty bad.
There was three people shot, two Guard members.
The third person that I've seen in the video that had been shot appears to probably be the suspect, right.
And so they're in critical condition.
As you saw, Governor Morrissey jumped the gun and said they were dead.
