He's been sending me videos throughout the day.

The most recent video he sent me was at 3 o'clock, so just a couple hours ago.

They were shooting flashbang grenades at the protesters.

Matter of fact, I'll send that to your producers if you want to pop it up.

So early this morning in Minneapolis, they went out to the Whipple Federal Building and they were protesting.

There wasn't any more than

20, 30 people.

And they were there protesting, holding up signs like, get ICE out of Minnesota kind of thing.

The ICE agents came out of the facility and immediately started shooting tear gas and pepper bullets at them before there was ever even an interaction.

It's just, it's like,

Every day we're watching ICE escalate the situation more because they're given this, what J.D.

Vance said, absolute immunity.

Just so everybody knows, that's the conversation happening behind closed doors as well.

Tom Homan and Greg Bovino and the whole chain of command is telling people, you have absolute immunity.

Go out here and arrest these

illegal immigrants, they call them.

And if anybody gets in your way, if anybody films you, if anybody protests you, if anybody does anything, then you have absolute immunity to stop them, to detain them, to harm them, to hurt them because you're a federal agent on a federal mission.

And that is dangerous.

We have an out of control, unregulated, untrained, undisciplined, unprofessional, ragtag private army of the president out here

killing, kidnapping, and terrorizing the community.
