Number three, I wonder what DHS policy is having your cell phone in one hand and your weapon in the other hand.

Listen, I've handled a lot of weapons in my life in the army.

I was an expert marksman on the M4, on the M9, on the M2, and on the M249.

I was also the weapons instructor for two different battalions that I was in.

If you couldn't pass your weapons training or your weapons qualification, you had to come see me and I trained you.

I understand weapons intimately.

I understand how important it is to handle your weapon properly.

I understand how important proper weapons training is.

And I assure you,

I assure you that no one is ever taught to hold their weapon with one hand and just shoot like this.

That is absolutely no discipline.

So that's my biggest takeaway from this video, is the lack of discipline, training, and professionalism from this ICE agent.

Because if he had any discipline, training, or professionalism, he would not be holding his weapon with one hand.

That's a guy who watched too many movies.

And oh, by the way, if you're in such a threat

If you're in such a threat that your life's in danger, toss the fucking cell phone and control your weapon.

He didn't do that.

He maintained the cell phone.

And what he thinks and what everybody on the right thinks is him getting hit by the car, it's him slamming his hand down on the car.
