In the United States military, lying to someone is a felony.

That's, I use that as an example because I need everyone to understand how the uniform code of military justice works.

You are under a different set of rules.

You don't have your First Amendment, Second Amendment, Third Amendment rights in the same fashion as somebody who hasn't taken that oath.

So if lying to somebody is a felony, what do you think that

calling out the commander in chief and demanding his impeachment is.

It's what's labeled in the Uniform Code of Military Justice, this is labeled as sedition.

And that's what they're most likely gonna pursue.

Now, I'm not saying that's what has happened.

This just happened today.

By the time this gets back to the military,

legal counsels that are gonna make this decision, that are gonna, you know, probably come directly from Secretary Pete Hegseth.

That's how high up this will go.

I need the entirety of the civilian population to understand that what happened today

is going to be considered sedition and is going to have him imprisoned.

So it's important that we listen to the words he said.

Number one, he said, this is not a partisan thing.

I'm not a Democrat or a Republican.

I'm an officer who took an oath.

You go back and listen to his speech, he made that point several times.
