I felt like George was slightly more in in sync with the car in in Bahrain testing, as certainly the last one was where I was at, and I just felt like he had you know, you get that sense of every time Russell's in the car, the Mercedes just seems like it's too dominant.
And when the other driver's in the car, like uh
Checo and Max in recent years, you think Red Bull are up the road and then Checo gets in and you think, Oh, maybe they are beatable.
It it felt at times I think Kimmy also, to be fair, had a bit of an unlucky run in in Bahrain testing, but I felt like George had it under control.
Then also, guys, remember the sprint in China?
George is on on pole.
Kimmy actually crashed into Isaac Hajar at turn six on the first lap, was a little bit lucky to get away with not bigger damage.
So there were a couple of errors in there where you just felt like George was just striding out to a to early season dominance.
Q one in China, Georgia's half a tenth up.
Q two in China, he has his issues, gets it going for the front row, doesn't win the race.
He's barely been ahead on any given lap since.
Well, you talk about Canada, he took pole.
He got pole in Canada on the final throws of that qualifying where he was destined to be seventh if he didn't hook up that last lap.
And it was a huge lap.
It was great.
But wow, he had to pull out something majestic, whereas every lap Kimmy does, it's pole, second or third.
If George doesn't hook it up, he fifth or sixth.
I don't think I'm disagreeing.
I'm just saying that was a that was a turning point for me.
