And as you give your best and you become better on a daily basis, that is what leads you to great.

So have a vision of what greatness looks like, have a mission you want to work towards, but focus on the process, focus on enjoying the process.

Focus on bringing love to it every day instead of fear because love casts out fear.

So the minute you focus on love, fear will dissipate and you won't feel pressure.

You'll feel excitement and joy and passion.

And yes, it will be a challenge, but it won't be a chore.

And if you do that day in and day out, I think that will ultimately lead to great or at least the best that you can do.

Here's how my mind works.

I'm so programmed towards the negative.

I'm thinking about, man, what happens if John should have just, could have done the Kilwins business?

Man, that would have been awesome.

He should have done the Kilwins business.

But then I also, the positive side of me goes, yeah, but he wasn't meant to do that.

He was meant to do this.

If it was meant to be, it would have been.

And so it wasn't really meant to be.

So there's a part of me that is naturally negative and pessimistic.

And then I have this eternal belief and hope and optimism that keeps me looking forward, moving forward, ultimately staying positive on the journey.

So I have both.

But years ago, I was really negative.
