It's the first meditation that our patients in the hospital, when they're taking the MBSR, when they're entered the MBSR clinic, clinical program for eight weeks,
The first meditation is really, well, it's the second meditation because the first one's eating a raisin, but the second meditation, the more extensive formal meditation is lying down on the floor of the hospital and doing a body scan, starting from the bottoms of your feet and slowly over 45 minutes going up through the top of your head and from your fingers and right up through the armpits and shoulders.
