I don't think that they feel internally that the sky is falling right now, but they definitely have to have their eyes open to the idea of changes, either internally with rotations and starting lineups or possibly looking at some trades. Um, Tim Connolly has already proven to be one of the most aggressive general managers in the entire league in terms of making big trades.
