Well
Trevor Burrus But if you look at that statement, it like I I think all the sentiment inside of the statement is good, but it's very like
Uh uh it's very careful, right?
It's a very careful statement and not like I would that there needs to be if he's going like if he's trying to prove to the Jewish voters in Michigan that he would like to come home despite having had 30 or 60 million, 60 million dollars worth of ads dumped on his head, uh then then like the same language that he would use, the defiant language about saying this is why we need Medicare for all, or like this is why we need to take on the corporations, like that level of defiance.
is certainly welcome in describing anti Semitism, right?
It had like like it's a very it's a very kind of careful language as opposed to something that's just like it's just more more in the style that he's using on every other issue.
That's all.
But also APAC has run tons of ads under the names of other organizations and not around the the their their ads during this primary had nothing to do with Israel at all.
They were about sort of accusing him of being anti woman and other things like that.
So like they already are running a campaign which at least for most people they're trying to kind of make it about other issues and not about APAC.
I that that is gonna I guess.
I like I th the the politics are a little simpler for a Republican than a Democrat, right?
Like I don't totally understand why he wouldn't want
Right, right.
I guess I guess what I want to understand is who are the voters?
I guess there are
There are some Republican voters who might just stay home, right? 'Ca d any right, that are like Independents, screen voters.
That are just that are
is this is I think the deeper problem, which is and and Dan wrote a a a m uh a good message box about why there's so much consternation around this.
And I d it is to Tommy's point that people are afraid that as Speaker he won't be uh uh standing up to Trump enough, that he'll be too conciliatory.
