I think there's a comment from Fred Vasser tonight that you're looking at deployment patterns across the rest of the matched

to the grid, you see some teams are ten kilometres quicker on this straight, some teams are ten kilometers slower on this straight. matched

Ferrari's problem was it was ten kilometres slow on every straight. matched

Uh so this is a this is a wider problem. matched

But when you're on the back foot, when your engine isn't as good as it needs to be, when the chassis isn't perfect everywhere, those are the times where operationally you've got to be perfect, where your drivers have to work together to maximise your opportunities. matched

And when the door is open for you to stay in this championship, because Mercedes wasn't so good on reliability early on, you then have to do everything to take the slim chance you've got. matched

I think if if you produce a dominant car and the two of them are fighting for the championship, you can pretty much leave them alone to sort it out because they will take care of it and they'll bring the results home. matched

But I think they're in a situation where if certain things are compromised, like your car, like your PU, you've matched

And I think Alpine this becomes a classic example of get your execution spot on, your strategy, uh your timing, how you manage everything, managing drivers, managing slipstream, you can pull off fantastic results. matched

Uh I don't think it would have been impossible if they'd executed qualifying better. matched

They'd worked together in the race, you can split strategies, you can do multiple approaches. matched
