There was no chance that Williams was ever going to fight for a championship.
So expectations were never going to match what was being built up to be.
So he got that wrong.
And now they've moved forward to do stuff.
And and I think critically he talks about Piers Tin, who's come from McLaren, started uh the week before Hungary, so he's just been in there a week.
But he understands processes and procedures and what a championship winning team needs to move forwards and I think is now
banging his fists on the table and making changes and pushing things forward.
So I I think there is signs of progress.
I think James is still this year has been bad.
Last year was good.
But as you say, I think he's probably still net positive.
But
I think he now needs that net positive only stays in place if we now see an upswing.
And critical and intr interestingly enough, they talk about the new chassis that's coming for back and into next year.
He's talked about an innovative idea that uh makes it going to make other teams sit up and take notice, pushing boundaries, doing things differently.
So I think we'll see the first signs, but
The bottom has to be in for Williams, I think.
I think if if it c carries on down, then I think questions will be asked about there's something wide widely wrong there.
Yeah, it's i it is in it is intriguing.
Um 'cause often what happens as well is that uh when expectations and reality don't m meet up and there's a lot of hype around everything, it all gets blamed on the media.
