The services firms of the future, consulting firms of the future will be people and AI, not necessarily people or AI.
And I think some of that is starting to settle down.
But I think we're still early in terms of the restructuring of this market and what it looks like going forward.
But we're definitely seeing more sort of stability, positivity, consistency, I'd say, this year compared to the second half of last year.
So we're probably definitely been through key transactions and the transactions associated with a huge amount of consulting and different services that sit around that.
And naturally, in the sort of three to five year journey that we're on with our point investor, there are strategic projects that you want to look at and things that you want to go faster at.
So we've actually recently had one around positioning, looking at a certain market that we serve, how to reach and progress our positioning and make sure it really reflects the innovation, the product that we've got.
Today, as part of our evaluation of what that looks like, speaking to a few different providers, it seemed like a big part of that process would be the interviewing of 30 of our customers to give them the sort of primary research to inform their output.
I think that one of the things that we concluded on is that we're already sat on that goldmine of data.
We're sat on every customer conversation.
If it's allowed, it is recorded because the prospects are recording.
We're sat on that rich conversational intelligence.
So it involves actually...
We have the decision of, you know, is this a three-month project where we put it out and we get to a bossy outcome?
Or is it actually, we're sat on this goldmine of data, we can put it into Clore, we can get sort of 70, 80% of the way there today.
And I think it depends on the nature of what it is, the sort of consequence of failure, the risk associated with it, the sort of perceived political cover that you might want if you're sort of bringing in a third-party firm.
But I think what's changing in my mind is,
Yeah, analysis, I think, is becoming a little bit more commoditized than it was.
And I say that the first three years of my career are now probably a skill implored, to be frank.
Our invested ECI have got in-house AI services that we can use that are basically what I did for the first three or four years of my career.
