They'll say presidents cannot serve more than two terms due to the 22nd Amendment.

You'll recall that Congress ratified it after FDR served four terms and caused irreparable harm to this country by inventing the podcast.

But...

What's interesting about Trump is he's actually worked through the various scenarios of running for a third term he has not thought about.
