But the most important thing from what is or isn't going to make Leinster successful is the fact that it doesn't speak to great alignment.
It doesn't speak to cohesion that was probably there whenever Lancaster was there.

Publicly, anyway, in what they were saying, there was more of a sense that everybody was rowing in the same direction, whether it's intentional or unintentional on the environment part.

It begs the question of, does he feel that he has enough responsibility?

comes to speaking about not feeling appreciated.
And he says he doesn't feel appreciated by fans in the media.
But the more interesting thing is, does he feel appreciated sufficiently by his employers?
And I think those answers, you would be reading between the lines, you would be interpreting things, you might be doing it wrongly.
