Capone will do a couple of years.

He'll pay a fine.

You can say that you prosecuted him successfully.

And the federal government agreed to that.

Because George Johnson really was worried that he could lose this case at trial.

To find a group of jurors that are willing to convict a bootlegger is hard in Chicago.
