That message was received by one of the local TV outlet in Tucson.
It appears that that did not
contain the proof of life that the Guthrie family so desperately wants to see.
It did not establish any two-way communication between these purported kidnappers and the Guthrie family, and it did not put in, as far as we're aware, any new deadlines.
So the very consequential deadline remains sometime on Monday.

The FBI confirming that there were two deadlines, one for 5 p.m.
Now, we're assuming that the writer of that note meant 5 p.m.
Therefore, that deadline passed.
That deadline talked about changing the conditions of the ransom.
Now, there is a second deadline.
The FBI said that was for Monday.
And we've learned from Harvey Levin of TMZ, who received one of those ransom notes, that that deadline threatened something far more, in Harvey's words, consequential.
That's why the search for evidence and clues is going on intensely.
In the meantime, the sheriff says they have no clue who might have done this.
And we just want her home and find a way to get to the bottom of all of this.
What we did not get today were answers to the biggest, most important questions.
