Like they were going north of 10 grams a day of paracetam. matched

In fact, some of them were doing like 20 grams, which is, that seems a bit insane to me. matched

I've never done that much paracetam. matched

There's no reason to think that that much paracetam is like going to kill you or going to cause you to have some sort of overreaction. matched

But that's what I was hearing was they're using paracetam at extreme dosages and they were not combining it with choline, alcar, or potassium. matched

And with paracetam, it really stimulates the acetylcholine system. matched

It really upregulates that acetylcholine system, which is this very intricate system which intertwines itself with all these other different systems of the body and all these other different mental faculties that you have. matched

And it's important that you nourish the acetylcholine system. matched

If you're going to be long-term successful, matched

stimulating it, upregulating it with paracetam. matched
