Schemey that the way amortization works that you you sell a player for 100 million quid, you get 100 million quid on your balance sheet, that's plus a hundred on your PSR calculation.
Yeah.
You buy a player 100 million quid, give them a five-year contract, that's only minus 20 million.
So by selling a play player for 100 million, you can buy five players for 100 million so long as they're all on five-year contracts, and on your balance sheet.
Sheet this year that will be neutral, even though you're obviously on minus four hundred.
And so the way you fund that is to just keep going, and then the debt gets worse and worse.
And as I say, I'm not pretending to be an expert in this, but I've yet to hear anybody explain to me why that's not true, and that seems a very dangerous position to be in.
