And one of the things he talked about that was really interesting was something called operator syndrome.
And this is a kind of genuine condition which has been identified in special forces, in Delta Force members, Navy SEALs.
And one of the symptoms, amongst other things, including traumatic brain injuries, sleep issues, depression, is low testosterone.
And this is something that can affect kind of those elite special forces soldiers.
And they don't really understand why.
But you know, one of the suggestions is you can use testosterone replacement hormones.
But, you know, special forces are a tiny part of the military.
They're a very small slice.
And one of the things that comes with the hormone replacements is health risks.
So doctors say that if you're taking them and you don't have genuine testosterone deficiency, it can lead to issues with fertility, it can lead to blood clots, it can lead to acne.
And hair loss, there are a lot of potential issues around giving these hormone replacements for people who don't genuinely need them.
Yeah, there was a huge flu outbreak and an air force base, um, and one person died actually and it was a really, really big issue and they had to reverse course and make that flu vaccine mandatory again.
Yeah, so in his um when he announced it, he said, you know, we are gonna be a high T um military force.
High T, low T, high testosterone, low testosterone.

you know, social media worlds where there's a huge amount of machismo and things like that.
Low T is an insult in some corners of the internet.
It's very much a manosphere idea.
So support for women's rights is low T.
A UFC fight on the White House thorn is high T.
