And I think this judge is giving off the judge Ito vibes and kind of going overboard, really, to the benefit of the defense, is because the death penalty is on the table.

And the same reason that the defense is doing all this, the same.

Same reason they put on this dog and pony show, they are simply angling to get the death penalty off the table.

And if they are at any point successful, I would expect that we would have some sort of plea and we could stop this charade.

Cause if there's ever been a case where a defendant is dead to effing rights, it's Tyler Robinson.
