So there's coaches that they would have interviewed and talked to.
and said look you're not our first choice now so that'll be interesting to see whether they open open lines of communications with those coaches again financially I don't look no one knows what the financial ramifications are with all of this does that eat into a budget does it eat into a coaching budget in terms of who they can attract and
It's also really late in the season as well to start trying to attract coaches unless they're going to sit there and wait to see how the domestic leagues go and do coaches move on and are up available for work.
The coaching market is very small.
It's extremely small.
So that's going to be really difficult to jump into.
I will say, I do think as an organization, I think Clayton McMillan needs to appoint the coach.
I think he inherited a lot of coaches in the past.
And I think he needs to find his man.
Now, we know Roger Randall was his man, but he needs to be given another chance here to select someone that he can work with, someone that's aligned to his philosophy of the way he wants to bring the club forward.
Yeah, look, with the way Stuart has them set up, Stuart trains with a lot of game scenarios.
