I think it was Tua Pilato, I think it was Rory Dard was too close to him and that pullback pass still went down the ground and Joshua Anna was able to run away with it.

And that's why I think Nigel Carlin is someone that you'd like to get back to Ireland.

I came across him when I was younger and I remember thinking that guy thinks about the game differently and I wasn't as experienced obviously but his trajectory from there has gone up and up with Connacht and then over to Glasgow.

So he'd be a guy that, you know, clearly he's doing it week to week.

And then you see some of the stuff that they're doing within their pods, wingers showing up in different ways to what we've seen already, setting up these kind of phase play, their set piece plays really, but they're happening a couple of phases in and you just know they're confident and they're trying things and it looks like a good place to play rugby and coach as well, I would say.

Yeah, I agree with the positivity around Ulster.

I think Richie Murphy's done an unbelievable job there.

I think recruitment has been very strategic.
