I think I think that's a lot of it.
I think a lot of black women, in particular, dark skinned black women, they want to see a love story that they are centered in.
They want to be picked.
They want like, hey, give me the romance.
Give me X, Y, Z. And if I'm keeping a book, I think part of the reason that's why Casey initially went in and was rocking with Aniyah.
Because it was like, well, we're about to give you that.
