He sometimes has some very clever athletic...
strong finishing moves.
Other times, he doesn't try to play through contact at the rim, and he floats things up, and I don't know if he's avoiding contact because he's not shooting well from the free throw line, or...
But his finishing looks like...
It's Jekyll and Hyde.
He looks like two different people if you're watching him two different nights.
It's not like one game he's only going to the rim three times and he still looks strong going to the rim.
There are nights where he won't do it, and when he does, looks awkward.
And there are nights, it's almost like, I think it, again, playing amateur psychologist, I think there are a couple games where he's like, oh my god, I can beat these guys.
over and over.
And when he played... And then it fuels his confidence.
And when his confidence is high, everything else takes off.
Like, the physical stuff follows the mental.
I just... I wish he had that attack mindset on a nightly basis.
I don't know if Duke wants that from him or if they want to focus things more still on other guys.
I've seen a lot of good things when he runs pick and roll.
Certainly the best pick and roll.
He and Caden Boozer are the best pick and roll options Duke has right now.
He has, and he has that.
