Kind of wanted to get my get back on the Bills.

Just ended up getting smacked by them twice.

The whole season getting smacked around.

Boom.

You know, the idea coming back this year was to finish my career the right way, go back to Buffalo.

But, you know, I'm hoping to keep playing.

I can still play the game at a high level.

I love playing this game.

And I play the game because I love the game.

I love playing.

I love competing.

I love being out there with my boys.

But, you know, again, as I transition,

More transitioning to mental health, mental awareness.

I think a lot of us, as we transition, we have this identity crisis, I want to say.

Not a crisis, but just, you know, our whole lives we've been playing this game, and that's been our identity.

As we transition, we lose that.

And so finding ways to understand who you are outside of football.

So we do a lot of events, holistic events, breath works.

We're going on tour in May.
